I've had a fantastic corporate career of more than 15 years - with success after success and promotion after promotion. I've worked at some of Australia's largest companies, spanning the entire value chain - from sales and customer experience, to operations and execution, and financial administration. You name it, and I've done it.

It's been a journey - and a tough one at times. Especially, when I was a Mid-Suite manager. I worked it out as I went along, often after falling into a trap or making a mistake. But I persisted, and I found success. And as I climbed the ladder I learnt how truely impactful mid-suite leaders are. They are literally the life blood of any organisation. 

I discovered that my superpower is having the ability to always see a way forward even in the most complex and tough environments. And once I worked this out I DOMINATED.

Now I'm on a mission to help lead Mid-Suite managers not only thrive, but also DOMINATE in their roles so you can have maximum impact, influence and success NOW.
